How Subscriptions Work
Your subscription renews automatically based on the delivery interval you select, ensuring your favorite products arrive seamlessly after each successful renewal. For instance, if you choose a monthly subscription, your card will be charged each month, and the products will be delivered to your doorstep—no extra steps required.  Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Can I Pause or Cancel a Subscription?
Absolutely! You have full control to pause or cancel your subscription anytime through the customer portal. 

Accessing the portal is easy—just click the magic link sent in your confirmation email when you placed your initial subscription order. Alternatively, you can manage your subscriptions by creating an account on our shop.

How Can I Skip or Reschedule a Charge?
You can skip or reschedule charges effortlessly in the customer portal. Each upcoming delivery will display a Skip Payment button for skipping, and a Reschedule button for selecting a new delivery date.

Can I Add Products to My Subscription?
Of course! Adding products is simple. Just head to the customer portal, click the Edit button on your subscription, and adjust your selection to include, update, or remove items as you like.

What Happens if Payment Can’t Be Processed?
If we’re unable to renew your subscription due to a payment issue, we’ll send you an email with a secure link to update your payment method quickly and safely.
