The scent is very subtle to me since I have an impaired sense of smell. I can, however easily detect unpleasant odors. This stuff minimizes the odors so that I cannot detect them.The spray mechanism is so much easier to use than the push button sprays and you don't get the scent all over your hands like you would with the other style. It hooks onto the arm of the TP dispenser so it is always handy.

First off, I don’t have a baby, but after my husband’s recent surgery, he needed to use incontinence underwear for a while. I kept a separate trash bin just for those items, and to prevent any odor, I used this spray. I’ve found this product worked great not only for that but also for other smells, like those from the kitchen and family room.I really like the sprayer—it works great and produces a fine mist, unlike others I’ve tried that release too much product and make a wet mess. It does leave a slight dampness on whatever you spray, so you need to be cautious if you’re spraying near a floor or over any wood furniture because it may leave a film. I usually spray upward so it has more time to dissipate as it drifts down and try not to spray near anything I don't want a residue on.I'm not a huge fan of artificial lavender scented anything, but this one isn't too bad, it has more of a real lavender scent which I don't mind. The first time I used it, I sprayed too much and quickly learned you only need a little to eliminate odors and leave a scent behind. Overall, it's working well for my needs. I may try some of their other scented products as well.
